Process

1. Fill out the Pre-Qualification link for the apartment or home you are interested in

2. You will receive email notification when your pre-qualification has been reviewed and whether it's been approved or not.

3. Shortly after receiving pre-qualification approval, one of our agents will reach out to you to schedule a tour of the apartment or home.

4. Should you decide to move forward from there, you will receive the application.

5. Shortly thereafter if your application is approved an agent will contact you to meet for keys, deposit and lease signature.

• All potential residents over 18 years old are required to complete the application.
