Do you accept Section 8?

• Yes, we accept Section 8 housing vouchers at all locations.

What's your policy on pets?

• Our policy is dependent on the property or apartment. As a general rule, we do allow pets. How many and at what size will depend on the size of the home or apartment. 

• All properties in which a tenant will bring a pet require a minimum two-hundred dollar ($200) pet deposit.

  • This does not apply to Emotional Support Animals (ESAs). Potential tenants with an ESA must provide supporting documentation.

• Additionally, for all pets that would live on the property you will be required to provide proof they are up-to-date on vaccines, shots and do not carry any fleas, ticks, etc.

How can I pay rent?

• Rent can be paid through RentRedi. In some circumstances we will accept rent via Money-Order or Cashier's Check.

Can I fill out one application for my family?

• All individuals who would like in the apartment or home that are over 18 years of age must complete their own application as well.
